WRITER.

I’m a James Beard Award-nominated journalist whose work has appeared in outlets like Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, and WIRED. I love writing stories that look into the communities, cultures, people, and history behind food.

EDITOR.

Previously, I worked for a stint as a staff writer/editor at Eater LA. I also served as a deputy editor at Los Angeles news blog LAist, and led a team of staff members, and freelance writers and photographers. In my time there, I wrote and edited thousands of articles on local and national news, food and entertainment.

CREATIVE.

I’ve produced and recorded podcast/radio segments for America’s Test Kitchen’s “Proof” and KCRW-FM’s “Good Food.” I’ve also moderated panels on food culture.
